• Math provides the ability to do calculations based on values in custom fields in Infusionsoft. This is useful for calculating times a contact has done a particular action, calculating values that normally would require a manual process, and provide sums or differences for balances due or contracts for contacts.
  • One-Click Upsell allows you to specify an upsell package (a group of products and subscriptions) to offer to your customers by providing a button that will apply the upsell when clicked.
  • Page Triggers will apply a tag to a contact record based on whether a contact visited a webpage you've directed them to.
  • Scarcity Triggers allows for you to count how many people in your application have a specific tag. Taking into account the number of contacts who have that tag, you can apply a specified tag based on the criteria you determine.
  • Allows you to segment a portion of, or your entire, list of contacts into multiple segments, selecting contacts at random for each segment.
  • SMS Messaging allows for you to send outbound SMS messages. This feature is for transactional, outbound text messaging only.
  • Copy data between fields or set a field to a static value. Select the field(s) you'd like to set and provide value(s) for PlusThis to set.
  • Set Owner sets a contact record's owner to the Infusionsoft user that created it. This is only useful when attached to internal forms.
  • Simple Email Survey allows you to embed a one question survey into your Infusionsoft emails. Based off your contact's answer, you can apply a specified tag, and redirect them to a specified web page.
  • This feature can be used to dynamically send your contacts to different landing/thank you pages based on criteria you define. It also combines the functionality of Action Links and allows you to apply tags or trigger API goals based on that same criteria.
  • SMS Sequences allows for you to configure a conversation style SMS sequence to take place upon receiving a keyword, or via HTTP Post, from a contact or potential contact to your phone number. This feature also provides some simple reporting, showing how many contacts submitted each answer.
  • Use Split Names to split and store a full name in its parts.
  • Test your email(s)/sequence(s) to discover which has the best conversion rate.
  • Test various pages to discover which page has the best conversion rate.
  • Tag Associated Records is for working with businesses or groups that may have multiple contacts associated with them. For example, you work with 5 people who are all part of a single organization, and you want all 5 of those people to move through a funnel together.
  • Timeframe Triggers will only apply a tag to a contact record if the record passes the HTTP Post between the configured dates and times.
  • Video Triggers will tag contacts based on the amount of time the contact has viewed your Wistia, Vimeo or Youtube video. By applying tags at strategic points in a video, you can trigger important follow-up with those contacts.
