SMS Messaging allows for you to send outbound SMS messages. This feature is for transactional, outbound text messaging only.

Send Message: Configure the message recipient, either a static number (great for internal notifications) or a phone number from the contact record, and provide a message template to be sent.
Additional Options: Apply tags to contact’s who were unable to receive your message.
