WordPress allows you the ability to edit images while they’re in a post. Simply click and scale your image however you wish. If you would like more options you can select the Edit icon. This will display a condensed image editor, which allows you to change the scale as well as see the change in real time. There are some more options like your image alignment, which controls where your image is in the post along with basic information that you may want viewers to see.
If we twirl down the Advanced Options, we now have more control over the image attributes such as custom CSS to align the image or making it a clickable link. Once you are done, click Update. If you would like more control over editing your images, you should use the image editor located in the Media Library.
