Easy Check-in allows you to run live events effectively. You denote potential attendees by tagging contact records in Infusionsoft, and can include a QR code for your contact to either print out or bring on a mobile device. When the QR code is scanned, the contact will be tagged with a check in tag, and you can choose to store the check in time in a custom field. PlusThis provides an admin panel that provides real time data, displaying event participants.
Event Configuration: Use these dropdowns to indicate who is invited to your event, what tag is applied upon check-in and where to store the time they were checked-in.
Badge Options: Customization options for your event badge. Badges can be read by popular QR code readers for your smart phones or tablets. You can also check-in people by looking up name or email.
QR Code Check-in Options: Password options are available if you want your check-in to be password protected. Likewise, you are free to create a “Thank You Page” to display after a successful checkin.
Admin Area Options: This section contains options for displaying additional data on the administration screen.
