Almost all of the text message services that I’ve seen have required a 3rd party integrator (PlusThis, etc.). However, I have found a tool that has a native integration with Infusionsoft by Keap:

CallLoop has you set up your API integration directly with them, so other than the cost for their service, there is no 3rd party integration needed.
They have a full back-end dashboard, too, so you can use a shortcode with keyword (for opt-ins), or just use the Infusionsoft by Keap integration to send via your campaigns.
