FAQ – Keap/Infusionsoft Consulting
How do we know you do good work?
If Infusionsoft trusts us, you should trust us.
Infusionsoft has chosen us out of hundreds of other ICPs to deliver their new client on-boarding training, and to help keep clients as part of their client retention program. On top of that, we have been chosen to administer Google Ads and Facebook ads for their clients.
I have access to do Infusionsoft myself, why do I need to hire a consultant?
Most people who hire an Infusionsoft Certified Consultant do so after they’ve tried (unsuccessfully) to build the campaigns and administer their Infusionsoft accounts themselves. They realize how specialized it is and don’t have the time, energy, knowledge, patience, or tools to manage their system effectively. They would rather pay a professional because quite often it ends up costing less and being a more powerful system than they could have imagined at the get-go.
What makes you better than working directly with Infusionsoft?
Infusionsoft has a good support system, but they can support you with their software only. They don’t do much in the way of helping you craft a marketing plan, and they can’t help you with website integrations and 3rd party software that can help you get the most out of your Infusionsoft system. As an Infusionsoft Certified Partner, and user of the software for over 10 years, we have been thoroughly trained in all aspects of the software, can do website integrations, and can help you with building out your 3rd party integrations.
I see that you are an “ICP”. What’s that?
An ICP is an Infusionsoft Certified Partner. There are two levels of certification that you can get with Infusionsoft – and ICC (Infusionsoft Certified Consultant) and an ICP (Infusionsoft Certified Partner). The ICC’s are typically considered ‘mechanics’ of the system – they are training to physically craft campaigns, where the ICP’s can help with planning, consulting, and crafting a best-in-class marketing approach, while also having all the skills of the ICC.
Are you certified with any other pieces of software?
In addition to being a Certified Partner with Google, we are also a Certified Partner with PlusThis, one of the keystone 3rd party add-ons for Infusionsoft that helps you do a lot of really cool things with the software.
How long have you been working with the Infusionsoft software?
Our founder, Jeff Arnold, has been working with Infusionsoft since 2007. In fact, back then, Clate Mask, the CEO of Infusionsoft, was one of the tech guys he’d call if he had an issue to solve!
What are 3rd party applications for Infusionsoft?
Infusionsoft is an awesome tool, but as with all tools, they can’t do everything. If they did, you’d only ever need a pocket-knife, not a Swiss Army knife. The 3rd party applications are like the Swiss Army knives of Infusionsoft. They allow you to do a wide variety of things that enhance the Infusionsoft software. Things like online appointment scheduling, location tracking and SMS/text messaging are examples of some of the things you can do with 3rd party add-ons.
Are you able to help me with 3rd party add-ons, like PlusThis, AppointmentCore and Zapier?
Yes. We are familiar with many of the most popular 3rd party add-ons (and use many of them ourselves). We love to use these items, as they really help us to ‘MacGyver’ our way to finding a solution for your needs. We are also Certified Partners with PlusThis.
Will I be working with Jeff Arnold directly, or a lower-level employee?
We have a team of Infusionsoft certified folks. Jeff will be your ‘architect’ and you will work directly with him to figure out how and what you need to get accomplished inside your system. He will then work with some of his ‘builders’ and instruct them on what we need to get accomplished and they will go in and build what you need.
Are you familiar with the SixthDivision methodology of building campaigns?
Yes. Jeff has gone through the SixthDivision 2-Day Bootcamp, is part of their Premier Membership, and is very familiar with their methodology for tagging, campaign naming, and building campaigns using their methods. Everything we build is built using their methodologies as the framework.
