Do you require long-term contracts?

No. We believe that you will want to continue to work for us because our work speaks for itself. For certain products we may require a short-term contract, but that is typically because there is a lot of front-loaded work involved with getting the services up and running and want to be sure that we can recoup our initial outlay.

How do I cancel if I need to stop service?

Once you are into the month-to-month portion of your contract, you can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice (a confirmed email is fine). If you have your hosting with us, we’ll provide instructions on how to ‘off-board’ your website and if you have other services, we’ll coordinate with whomever is taking over to be sure they have whatever access levels they may need.

How do you work your billing?

If we are doing hourly retainers, we bill in advance for the hours that are going to be used and we work into those hours. As we get close to using all of the hours, we will make you aware and we can work on processing the next batch of hours. Monthly service contracts are billed in advance automatically every month on a credit card (meaning that you are paying on June 1 for June’s services).

Do you take credit cards?

Yes. That is our preferred method of billing, as it makes everyone’s lives easier. We use a 256-bit secured SSL billing platform, so you know your card info is safe. We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you have testimonials or references?

We do have testimonials on our website and even have a few video testimonials from clients who have given us quick write-up on what we’ve done for them. We also have a number of our clients who have offered to serve as live references for our services, but out of respect for their time (they are business owners, too), we don’t post those publicly. If you are in need of specific references with whom you can speak about our services, we can provide those to you privately.

In addition, we have been selected by Keap Max Classic (formerly Infusionsoft by Keap) to provide initial training to their new customers, help retain customer who are having trouble, and administer Google AdWords and Facebook ads for their customers.
